CITEK Recondition and Recertification :

By taking advantage of this exclusive CITEK service, you will enjoy extra years of trouble-free usage of your tape drive and be guaranteed a replacement tape drive OVERNIGHT if you ever have a problem with the drive.

This quality maintenance plan includes the following:

  1. Refurbishing of tape drive heads. Excessive wear is the #1 cause of tape drive failures.
  2. Run a complete diagnostic on all tape drive components.
  3. Recertify tape drive with a ONE YEAR OVERNIGHT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY to insure a minimum of downtime if your drive ever breaks down. Please allow 2-3 Days for turnaround on service, or take advantage of our "LOANER" service for a small additional fee.
